About the Lab

• The “Leadership & Innovation” lab is an integral part of the School of Administrative, Economic & Social Sciences of the University of the West Attica.
• We are an international hub for life-long learning and research development
• Our research focuses on two primary areas: Leadership and Innovation serving several educational, and research needs with a special focus on both public and private organizations & businesses.

What we do

• The Leadership & Innovation Lab is a hub where faculty-run projects, organizations and ventures are conceived, supported, elevated and funded.
• We share our findings with organizational leaders, the popular press, scholars, and leadership development practitioners trying to create an impact.
• We work with a pool of passionate, experienced, and renowned professors, professionals, lecturers, and PhD students.
• Our team consists of both Greek and foreign scholars equally having a strong connection to business, society, and science, and keep abreast of the latest research insights.

Our Vision

• Strengthening partnerships with a variety of stakeholders to enhance the reputation and influence of the lab.
